Includes flexibility, center work, across the floor exercises, combinations, creative dance and a basic routine.
Beginning Ballet and Creative Movement
Beginning ballet technique and introduction to creative movement. Includes flexibility, center work, across the floor exercises, creative movement with a focus on personal exploration, and a basic routine.
