How do I make a payment?
We offer multiple options for payment. We have a cash/check drop box at the studio for physical payments. We also accept payments through our Venmo account (@littleleapfrogs5678). If you wish to pay by credit card or PayPal, there are payment plans found on our website where you can pay month by month or set up automatic payments. Processing fees apply to online payments.
What should my dancer wear?
We do not require any specific dance attire, but we ask that your student wear form fitting, unrestrictive clothing to see proper form and allow full range of motion.
For footwear, ballet slippers or jazz dance shoes are the best option. Some slippers such as an Isotoner will also work. Your child can dance in socks, but it isn’t preferable. Ballet-type dress shoes are highly discouraged as they are slippery and more likely to come off. Absolutely NO bare feet!! Your child will be asked to sit out and watch. This is primarily a safety measure.
Most dance clothing and shoes are available at Walmart or Amazon.
Does my child need to bring anything to class?
We highly recommend having your dancer bring a water bottle as there isn’t a drinking fountain. There are bathroom sinks to fill the water bottles if needed.
Will my dancer be required to buy a costume?
No, we do our best to keep costs down, so we don’t require any clothing or costume purchases. We will provide the dancers with matching tutus for performances and only ask that they have something to wear underneath (preferably black, white, or pink) that they can easily slip the tutu on over.
The tutus belong to Little Leapfrogs and will need to be returned after each performance.
How many students are in each class?
We have a cap of ten students per class.
Do I get a refund for missed classes?
I have more than one student, is there a discount?
We do not prorate or offer refunds for missed classes. Your dancer can attend another class as a make-up, but understand they may not be learning the same things as their normal class. You are welcome to reach out to us to see what your dancer missed.
Due to our already low prices, we do not offer discounts for additional students. If you have multiple dancers, and cost is a concern, please reach out to us and we will make arrangements on an individual basis.
Will my child be required to attend competitions?
No, we do not participate in any competitions.
How many performances will my child be required to attend?
We do not require your dancer to attend any performance. We will hold two showcase/recitals each year, one before the holiday break in December and the other at the end of the term in May.
